Ashley Casalou, MA, LPC, CCTP

My approach is humanistic, holistic, evidence-based, and solution-focused. I work best with those who are ready to make changes in their lives who are struggling with PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Ashley received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Oakland University and received her Bachelors in Psychology from Wayne State University. Ashley is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Ashley has a diverse range of experience in working with those who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, and substance abuse. Ashley's approach is empowering, compassionate, and insightful as she collaborates with clients on their path towards personal growth. Ashley is passionate about providing a mind-body approach to wellness and is currently working on her certificate in Nutritional and Integrative Medicine in Mental Health.
