Brittany Lutren, LLMSW
My goal is to help you develop the tools and skills to feel more confident in yourself, communicate more effectively with others and experience less sadness and anxiety. I will help you find balance and alignment in your life by tapping into your strengths to create new patterns of behavior. I believe the challenges we face are opportunities for healing and growth. We will work collaboratively to help you achieve a higher level of overall well-being. I work best with those who are prepared to practice their skills outside of our weekly sessions.
