Join Brittany Lutren, LLMSW for a 7-week course on learning how to recognize your sense of being and self-awareness. During this group, participants will learn basic meditation techniques as well as mindfulness principles to change your relationship with your undesirable thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations. Weekly homework will be incorporated into this group. No prior meditation experience required.
