Meditation Packages

  • Developing Your Own Practice: This includes four 45-minute individual meditation sessions that takes course of a month. During your first session, you will develop your goals and plan of action with your coach. During your sessions, you will learn three evidence-based types of mindfulness meditation that are individualized to your needs. By the end of your coaching, you will have developed a individualized at home practice. Our meditation coach is a licensed mental health professional, so you can feel confident in overcoming any fears or anxieties related to meditation practice.

  • Personalized Workshops: Is your office or group looking to offer self-care to employees? Or are you organizing a self-care party with friends or family? We love to provide workshops and groups based on your groups needs.
