Brontë Munson, LLMSW-Clinical, CCTP

Trauma Psychotherapist

You’ve spent most of your life catering to everyone else’s needs. You’ve been disguising yourself so long to be what other people need, you’re unsure of who you are. You’ve begun to recognize the pattern of not saying “no” and ignoring your needs to gain acceptance from others. Yet this only leaves you feeling overwhelmed and insignificant. You want to have deep, meaningful, and authentic relationships, but the fear of setting boundaries prevents you from doing so–leaving you in a shame spiral. Underneath the shame, you’re deeply afraid of being rejected and alone. The only way you can get relief is by distracting yourself with things and relationships that don’t fulfill you. You’re done being stuck, but you don’t know how to get out of this cycle.

While stepping into our authenticity can be scary, it is also an opportunity to have a more fulfilling life. Acting authentically creates a filter to allow the things we need into our lives while weeding out the things that no longer serve us. Your intuition, needs, and values provide a roadmap for creating a life that feels peaceful, harmonious, and empowering–and I am here to help you navigate the new places you’ll be exploring.

By providing an eclectic trauma-informed mind-body approach to healing, we will focus on reconnecting with your sense of belonging internally and in your everyday life. Together, we will help you connect deeply with your intuition, develop skills that support you in feeling calm and assertive, and process any past traumas that get in the way of being present. I am here to act as an ally, educator, and guide as you navigate your path home toward yourself.

My Core Beliefs:

I believe residing within each of us is the ability to heal and return to ourselves, and together, we will rediscover and nurture this innate inner wisdom.
