Trauma Psychotherapist, EMDR Therapist, and Meditation Coach

We all experience trauma in our lives, and sometimes severe life stressors leave us feeling stuck. As an ally, teacher, and therapist, I am here to collaborate with you to go from surviving to thriving. I understand that healing is dynamic and provide a mind-body-spirit approach to healing trauma. Therapy is an opportunity to honor our experience and become friends with ourselves. My office is an accepting and non-judgmental environment welcoming to those of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
