Caitlin McLaughlin, LMSW, CCTP
Trauma Psychotherapist
Sometimes the effects of trauma show up in ways that feel confusing or exhausting, such as being constantly on edge, shutting down, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. Healing is possible, and you deserve support along the way.
I offer a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly understood. I believe that healing happens at your own pace, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you process difficult experiences and emotions. I tailor therapy to each individual, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Prolonged Exposure.
Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, regain a sense of control, and develop more balanced, helpful ways of thinking and responding. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
