Kristina Jourdan, LLMSW-Clinical, CCTP
Trauma Psychotherapist & Brainspotting Practitioner
Do you feel an internal disconnect between the life you’re living and the way you want to experience yourself and your relationships? On paper, things may look “good,” yet deep down, something still feels off, missing, or out of alignment.
You find yourself moving through each day doing what’s expected of you while quietly wondering whether you’re truly living in a way that feels authentic, grounded, and sustainable. You’re questioning who you are, noticing shifts in your relationships, and trying to understand undesirable patterns that continue to surface despite your best efforts. You’re navigating years of self-abandonment, struggling with perfectionism, and feeling emotionally disconnected.
You’re eager to step into a new version of yourself and understand how to adjust parts of your life that no longer align. You’re ready to look at old wounds, protective patterns, and internal conflicts affecting the way you move through the world.
Therapy can offer space to slow down, get curious, and better understand the deeper “why” beneath your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationship dynamics. Often, the clarity we’re searching for comes from understanding how our past experiences, environments, and inner protective parts fit into the larger picture of our lives.
I view healing as more than symptom relief — it’s about becoming more connected, whole, and grounded in yourself. My goal is to help you move through life in a way that better honors your needs, protects your peace, and aligns with who you truly are.
As insight deepens, you will begin feeling more empowered to navigate relationships, boundaries, identity, emotions, and life transitions with greater clarity and self-trust. You will develop practical tools and internal resources that you can continue carrying with you long after sessions end.
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Brainspotting to help clients explore the parts of themselves needing clarity and healing. I aim to create a space grounded in compassion, grace, genuine care, and curiosity while fostering safety, authenticity, resilience, and meaningful change.
I proudly affirm and support LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent individuals and recognize the profound impact that harmful systems, societal expectations, and lived experiences can have on our mental health, relationships, identity, sense of self, and healing journey. Together, we can explore how these influences shaped your story while helping you reconnect with the most authentic and whole version of yourself.
